چکیده
Personalized health care (PHC) includes personalized, preventive, predictive and participatory approaches that are significant in new diagnostics. This personal requires fast, accurate minimally invasive diagnostic tools make it possible to evaluate monitor the process of disease by diagnosing specific biomarkers. Point-of-care testing (POCT) involves a wide range meet this purpose. Electrochemical paper-based devices (ePADs) have been introduced as simple, inexpensive, portable disposable measurement be used many POCT applications, especially handling emergencies outpatient well remote usages. detection is real quantitative method with better sensitivity, selectivity limits than indirect methods. In recent years, there has revolution detections POCT, thanks benefits electrochemical sensors paper substrates. paper, developments ePADs, focusing on properties reasons for its use devices, techniques device electrode fabrications, their application particularly clinical diagnosis, reviewed.

Aptamers are single-stranded DNA and RNA sequences that belong to the group of “functional nucleic acids”, which exhibit both catalytic and receptor properties. Aptamers change their spatial conformation upon binding to a target analyte, and so far more than 200 sequences selective for large variety of molecules such as metal ions, organic dyes, proteins and bacteria cells have been identified....
متن کاملAdvancement in electrochemical DNA-biosensors for GMOs detection: A review
Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are plants or animals whose genetic make-up has been transformed by recombinant DNA technology, which has new features such as resistance to herbicides, virus and insect. Recently, genetic modification of food products has increased in order to reduce world poverty and hunger and increase food production However, the impact of GMOs on the human health is a ...
متن کاملAdvances in paper-based point-of-care diagnostics.
Advanced diagnostic technologies, such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), have been widely used in well-equipped laboratories. However, they are not affordable or accessible in resource-limited settings due to the lack of basic infrastructure and/or trained operators. Paper-based diagnostic technologies are affordable, user-friendly, rapid, robust,...
